Ways of payment
- To make a reservation, the passenger must make a payment of 50% of the total and the remainder must be paid upon arrival to the Island. For payment in advance, send us the information credit card (number and expiration date) or make a bank transfer.
- The payments can be done in Chilean pesos (cash, credit cards or personal checks) or US dollars (corporative or personal checks).

- To confirm groups in high season (from November first to April 30) they have to paid 50% of the total payment, 60 days before the check in date of the group. This amount will not be reimbursed in the cases of cancellations.
- To confirm groups in low season (from May first to October 31),they have to paid 50% of the total payment, 30 days before the check in date of the group. This amount will not be reimbursed in the cases of cancellations.Cancellations policies
- Cancellations for individual reservations are done 7 days in advance of the check in date and are free of change. Cancellations done after this period of time will be charge the amount of one night of lodging.
- Cancellations for groups in high season done 61 days or more in advance to the check in date will not have any additional cost.
- Cancellations for groups in low season done 31 days or more in advance to the check in date will not have any additional cost.
- NO SHOW for individuals reserves and/or groups will be charge the amount corresponding to one night of lodging.
- Once the trip began, Hotel Manutara will not do any kind of money devolutions for paid and not used services.
